Our Rates are straight forward

On Demand Site Support

Ideal for generic IT support, this service is available to everyone – this can be onsite or remote support (any remote support needs to be paid upfront via paypal).

An hourly rate of £50 (non-contract) includes travel within a 5 mile radius.

Pre-paid Support Hours

  • This service allows non-contract clients to purchase a block of 5 or more support hours at a reduced rate payable upfront.
  • Clients are allocated the number of hours they have purchased against their record in our systems. As time is used up this is deducted from your allocation. Top-ups available.
  • A monthly statement will be issued to you showing time remaining versus time used.

Price – £45 per hour (booked in blocks of 5 hours) – office hours only (plus mileage if more than 5 miles from Cheshunt)

Note: Pre-paid hours must be used up within a 1 month period

Monthly Pre-paid Support Hours

  • A monthly pre-paid contract support services will give our clients dedicated and priority support (minimum term 1 year).
  • Clients can purchase the support in blocks of 5, 10, 15 hours per month. As time is used up this is deducted from your allocation.  If you exceed your allocated time you will be allowed to top-up the monthly hours for that particular month in a block of minimum 5 hours or more. Unused hours are not carried over.
  • A monthly statement will be issued to you showing time remaining versus time used.

Price – £50 per hour (booked in blocks of 5,10,15 hours) – includes office hours (plus mileage if more than 5 miles from Cheshunt) and out of hours work Evenings, Saturday\Sunday.

Set Day Rates

If you require our services on a per-day basis, the rate would be set to £350 this would include any support and installations works carried out. Any project work would be priced accordingly to the project and would be provided upfront.

 

Skeleton Support Month “August”

Please note that during the month of August we run a skeleton based support service and therefore all support is carried out remotely, on an “as of when can do basis”.  We therefore do not charge any fees during this month but any support that is required that takes no more than 30 minute to resolve is free.  Anything over this allocated time will be charged at the half hourly rate of £30 per half hour.
